BIO-II™
BIO-II™ Bio-based Foam is the closed-cell foam made from renewable raw materials, such as sugar cane, seashell, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil. Bio-based Foam materials minimize the usage of the petrochemical raw material and the mining of the mineral. BIO-II™ is neoprene free, it can replace neoprene and lowers the impact to the environment further.

ECO-Sponge
ECO-Sponge has received Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification and also can fulfill the international standards such as REACH, RoHS, CPSIA, PAHs and PVC-Free.
All ECO-Sponge Chloroprene Rubber Foam are made from Limestone-based Chloroprene rubber. Unlike conventional chloroprene rubber made from chemicals whose source is mainly petroleum, ECO-Sponge materials are made from natural limestone.

Green Textile Recycled Fabric

Solution-Dyed Fabric
Dope-dyed yarn is an energy saving and environmental friendly product. The dope-dyed yarns are created by adding master batch colorant to the polymer melt in spinning, the yarns are fully impregnated with color pigments. It substitutes the most polluting, long dyeing process in textile industries. Solution dye fabric made with Dope-dyed yarn contain excellent colorfastness, resistant to multiple washings, and great for achieving uniform in colors compare to the traditional piece-dyed fabric.
